10-4 was originally recommended by a friend and she was correct. Jon was professional and explain everything clearly. I received updates and the car was ready on time. Also, the price was reasonable. I highly recommended it.

Great and honest employees. I brought my car in for tire patching as I thought there was some tear in the tire as there was a low pressure warning and bumping it hard recently, but they assessed the tires, found no issue, and filled up the tires for me. Thank you Chris and John.

So glad we found Youhanna and Ten-Four after moving to the Whittier area several years ago. Rare to find a place you can trust completely with your car repairs, but here it is. Youhanna works hard to make sure that not only are your repairs done correctly, but also as quickly as can be to allow you to drive out with a safe vehicle. You also have probably never seen a cleaner, neater shop than Ten-Four with every stall meticulously sharp and clean. He puts that same attention to detail to your vehicle.

I originally gave this business 1 star due to a poor experience. I now believe my experience is an isolated occurrence. Once the owner was made aware of my experience, he rectified the situation within less than an hour. I will definitely go back to see Ten-Four Auto.

Youhanna and his staff performed some preventative maintenance on my vehicle and an alignment after rotating my tires. At a fair price and in a timely fashion, seek out these folks if you need anything done to your car.
