Best alignment tech in town! Chris use to do the alignments for all the shops in the area that didn't have the equipment, he now does it exclusively at Ten Four. The mechanical checks they do on every service they perform there are the most thorough I have seen. They find out all about your car so you can make the best decision on what needs to be repaired right away and what can wait for another visit. Yohan the owner is considerate about giving you the best service possible so you will come back again. The shop is large, VERY clean and neat and this is reflected in their service as well.

I have to give props where props are due. Stopped in because I needed a part to be put on that I had ordered myself and was not able to take off the existing part and started to strip my long time disabled part.. Took it in and they where obliged to put it on for me there and then. They showed me that the part that I had ordered from a local automotive part store was the wrong part and showed me the difference in threading and size and there was no-way I would have been able to have replaced it myself. Coolant would have been running all over the place and I would have needed to have it towed somewhere to be fixed. In short, he ordered the correct part for my 89 Toyota Camry and within an hour the part was there he suggested replacing some hoses that had started leaking (which he showed me) and I agreed and am thankful for there sincere diagnosis and explanation of process. They where great and I didn't feel like I was being raped or undermined in any way. He has a great friendly crew that all speak and understand English. Nice to see the mix of Arab, Asian, Latin and English nationality mechanics on hand. Very impressed with this guys complete automotive repair service. The place is big, clean and conveniently placed just east of Whittier High School. This place has the professional service station appearance, quality and organization that I have seen only in automotive dealerships. He has been servicing our community for about twenty years now and I have not yet ever had to go back after needing service for the same repair. Unlike other "cheap" mechanics I have been through. So in short, save your time and money by learning from my mistakes and rest assured that this is the one place to service "all" your automotive needs. Way to go Ten-Four (Youhanna). Good & Honest. They will fix your car and have competitive rates. Labor is actually cheaper than Pep Boys. They have a one year parts and labor warranty! Ask the other guys and compare. If they only have 3 months, don't bother

I was sent here by a relative who frequently gets his 328ic fixed here. I had the check engine light on, in my 2000 750il and if anyone has ever owned a BMW you know that most of the time that’s not a good thing. Yohanna greeted me in the lobby took my keys and I sat in the waiting room and watched some TV while they test drove my car and gave it a full inspection. Turns out I had a bad Sensor, it had gotten brittle and cracked over time which let the elements corrupt it. That wasn’t the only thing either, my serpentine belt was cracked all over and in need of a new one, and he recommended that I also changed my water pump due to high mileage or the car could over heat and the head of the engine would crack if it went out because their would be no circulation in the cooling system. I may be a woman but I do understand these things when someone explains them to me like this. Before he even worked on the car he showed me where all the worn parts were under the hood and explained the importance of needing the repairs. He put it this way spend several hundred dollars now and stay on the road, or drive as is for who knows how much longer and spend several thousand dollars for a complete engine rebuild and if anyone has ever owned a BMW you know that this would not be cheap. So I went ahead with the repairs got my car back and have been on the road for the past 8 months no more problems. Will be going back for an oil change soon. Not very often have I found an honest shop that respects me as a woman and does not try to rape me of my money just because I’m in a BMW and not a Man, I would recommend this place to anyone I ever meet.
